Here are three posters for the film 'Alice In Wonderland'. All three of these posters have great techniques used within. On your left you have a poster of the 'Queen of hearts' this poster has tells you striaght away who the women( The Queen of hearts) on the poster is meant to be, they have done this by covering the main background in hearts. The poster is very simple as they have only used one character on the front but even though from looking at the poster you can see what it is advertising. This is the same as the poster on the right, 'The Mad Hatter'. By using bold colours on each they stand out and their large images also help them to be noticed. However, the poster in the middle is slightly different, you can still see clearly that it is 'Alice in wonderland' but this poster is not as bright but includes more images. By the use of images and how they have been placed onto the poster, it stands out as you want to look at it to see who/what characters are on it. All three of the posters stand out in their own ways by colour,images and bold writing been used. They all attract their audience and stand out.
