This is a poster advertising the new 'Sherlock Holmes' films. Without telling/showing you to much the poster lets you know who the main character is by using a large image and big bold writing to stand out to its audience. It has the director boldly written at the top of the poster and at the bottom it let's you know when the film is being released.By using large images, large writing and colours they attract attention and would catch he audiences eye. The poster keeps you thinking but striaght away you know which film it is advertising.
